Was thinking last night about the big cross roads we go through in life. The thing that happened when you could have went left but you went right. The time when you look back and think, "If i had done this instead, things would have been so different." Man I've got a lot of them. When I lost my college scholarship and didn't go back to Murray. What if I'd had the gumption to take out a student loan and go back on my own? That never occurred to my spoiled ass lol. When I snuck away from my life in Kentucky and moved to Tennessee. That's one of the biggest, I moved my whole life to another state. When I married and divorced- both times lol. When I almost moved to Murfreesboro with my sister. When I met Chuck. All of these times- if i had made a different decision, the course of my life could have altered in an almost unrecognizable way. BUT... well, it just doesn't do any good to look backwards. That's always been one thing I've tried to live by. We can get so caught up in What If's and what's behind us that we don't see what's in front of us. Who wants to miss an opportunity because we're too busy crying over a decision that's made, over, behind you, and that you cant do a darn thing about now?? Not I. I bet not you either.

Daphne's blog
I'm putting my money where my mouth is! I'm not going to ask others to share if I won't do it myself so... here is the personal blog of Daphne Lynn Tapp Worlety. I do not write this blog because I think anyone should necessarily care what I have to say but rather with the wish that someone out there might identify or find a thought or circumstance that rings true in their own lives. To hopefully gain the realization that we are not as alone as we sometimes feel. Sometimes hearing an alternate viewpoint or way of thinking opens our minds to ideas and concepts that help us all grown as people, this is why therapy is so helpful. So here's some free therapy! LOL Use it as you will.
